DECLARATION OF AGREEMENT

General - The undersigned acknowledges, agrees and warrants on behalf of his/her organization that:

• • he/she is duly authorized to execute and perform the Contract;
• • he/she has received all necessary information from the platform owner in order to sign the Contract;

The platform manager reserves the right not to accept his/her registration(s) should such registrations(s) not fulfill the conditions set out in the Rules.

Informed Consent
According to the Data Protection and Habeas Data Action, Act Nº 18.331, dated August 11th 2008, the data supplied by you under the present form, shall be incorporated to the TTV+ data base, which shall be processed exclusively for: (i) Comply with all contractual obligations in regards to the platform, (ii) communication or promotional analysis, and (iii) offer contact options, based on the preferences expressed in the form. Personal data shall be treated with the adequate degree of protection, ensuring the necessary protection measures to avoid its alteration, loss, or unauthorized access or process by third parties. The responsible for the data base is registration@ttvallinone.com., and the address to demand exercise of the access, modification, update, addition or suppression rights is Paraguay 2141 Of. 401, Aguada Park, Montevideo, Uruguay.

The undersigned hereby authorizes TTV+ by submitting the form, from the date of the present authorization and for 3 (three) years, to use its social name, commercial name and/or the trademarks and logo(s) or any other element or intangible right (hereafter the “Trademarks”) for the promotion of TTV+ events (notably via the reproduction on the event’s websites and social media and their broadcasting by any means).

Participant guarantees to TTV+ that it is authorized to freely dispose of its Trademarks (and/or any element or intangible right), and guarantees to TTV+ the entire, free and peaceful use and possession of the Trademarks. Participant shall indemnify TTV+ against any disturbance, action, claim, opposition and demand or eviction attempt from any third party in connection with the Trademarks.
